Restaurant-Style Dip: Drizzle balsamic vinegar over The Better Olive Oil™, accent with grated parmesan. Crostini: Brush slices of Italian bread with The Better Olive Oil™, top with fresh herbs, broil until brown and crisp. Tasty Tapenade (Olive) Spread: Mix 8 oz. pitted Kalamata olives, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 T capers and 3 T The Better Olive Oil™ in blender.

Vegetables & Salads:

Rub asparagus with 1 part The Better Olive Oil™ to 1 part lemon juice and salt; roast or sauté. Drizzle over potatoes, brussel sprouts or other root vegetables for roasting.
