- 3-4 Large Tomatoes, sliced thick
- 12 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, ball shape, sliced thick
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

- Optional: Balsamic Vinegar
Alternate tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves on a platter. Drizzle with Olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar if desired. Sprinkle salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
